This summer, now more than ever, it's time to get our youth more active and engaged! Help your kids feel and be the best they can. Our youth program is perfect for youth, aged 8 - 12, to create exercise habits, build and tone muscles, increase lean body mass, and improve hand-eye coordination, balance, movement, endurance, flexibility & agility.
Coaches will emphasize safety while promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle in a fun, supportive environment.
Program Dates: June 6th - July 29th on
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 11am.
